I have been practising yoga for just over 14 years. I know from my own personal journey with yoga and from working with my students, that regular practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork can have a profound impact on our physical and mental wellbeing

I was called to begin my teacher training in 2018. I trained in London and later in San Francisco, where I continue to practice and learn as often as time allows

My yoga practice is an integral part of my life, a source of joy, peace and self regulation. My practice supports me as I navigate the waves of life and it is my mission to share the teachings of yoga and help support my students in their practice and journey

I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and breathwork coach. I have trained with YogaLondon and Love Story Yoga San Francisco. I have also trained with Nevsah Karamehmet on the Professional Breath Coaching Certificate Programme.

Vinyasa FLow

I teach vinyasa flow, a dynamic style of yoga in which yoga postures are linked together in a progressive, seamless sequence. Movement and breath are linked throughout the practice. Vinyasa classes are great for developing strength, flexibility and concentration.

Meditation

Meditation is the practice of finding stillness in body and mind. When we meditate, we are training our attention and awareness, stilling mental chatter, allowing for a deeper connection within. Establishing a meditation practice is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and boost mood
