I teach vinyasa - a style developed from the Ashtanga system. In vinyasa, we link the breath with movement as we explore a sequence of poses
Vinyasa can be transformative for the body and mind when practised regularly over time
My classes are thoughtfully sequenced to offer a full and balanced practice that will challenge body and mind and bring the student into calm connection
I trained in both London and San Francisco and continue to practice with both wonderful communities.
